Microinverter Enphase

Solar panels on the roof absorb the sun's rays in the form of current (DC) power. Microinverters under each panel convert this DC power into alternating current (AC), the type of electricity you use in your home.

Envoy

Enphase Envoy

The Envoy is the brain of the system, which works by collecting data from the microinverters and sending it to the Enlighten software. Communication also takes place in the opposite direction, for example when the installer detects problems remotely or when microinverters are upgraded.

The Envoy uses advanced powerline communications technology (called Powerline Communications) to connect to each microinverter without additional wired or wireless configuration

The Enphase System Network Hub connects each microinverter to the Enlighten monitoring software.
